INC 29 VS FULL PROCEDURE- ALL THE FORMS FOR INCOPORATION

When Form INC-29 came, MCA has stated that MCA will take only 1-2 days to process the Form. However, since you have only one option for proposing a Name of Company, it would be problematic if MCA rejects the application to change the proposed name.

Currently, normal process is also very fast. As per my opinion, Normal procedure is better, becasue atleast you will be sure about the proposed name of Company before preparing documents for incorporation.
