I have filed INC-23 for shifting of registered office from Kerala to Hyderabad it has sent for resubmission with the following remarks :
1. whether company has received any objection pursuant to publication made in newspapers?
2. Details of Contingent liability if any
3. Whether the company has accepted deposits?
All this queries of mca is to be provided as declaration or affidavit?
