INC 22A to be filed every year? Or it was one time exercise?

Hello

Last year MCA notified to file INC 22A form for ACTIVE compliance.

Does someone know if this is yearly form? i.e. is it to be filed again for this FY 2020-21 (and every year in furure). Or it was just a one time exercise?

If yearly / annual form then what is the due date for the same for this year? Last year initially the due date was 25 April 2019 and later it was extended.
