INC 22A ACTIVE FORM
There is a company which is in the process of Striking off. Do I need to file the INC 22A in regard of that company?

if companies has strick off u don't have fille
But in the MCA portal the status is shown as in the process of Striking off
if the company under process of strike off then u need no to file form INC 22 A.
