I have submitted INC 1 for the registration of name for a private ltd company.How long it take to know whether we are allotted the name submitted in INC 1? How can we know about it? Is there any method to trace the status of my application in MCA portal?
Login the MCA portal with username (Username should be the same through which you have uploaded the Form INC-1). After Login, Click "Track Transaction Status" under SERVICES tab. Then fill required details. The status of the Form INC-1 will be displayed against your SRN (Service Request Number).
