Good afternoon sir, one of My client received refund, in original return he but he forgot to show sb interest. Please guide me while filing updated return, how to adjust refund amount(already received).

Sir, In original return S,B interest is not shown. it's processed with a refund. and received refund ,
Now He got mail Or sms as " Attention Ram Chilamathur (XXXXX9966X)
Income Tax Department has identified certain information related to high value transactions, which does not appear to be in line with the Income Tax Return filed by you for the Assessment Year 2022-23 (relating to FY 2021-22). You can view the information on compliance portal. Please submit your response online under e-Campaign tab on Compliance Portal or revise your ITR. "
by observing the return with AIS, We come to know that sb interest is not mentioned in the original return. Please suggest that I rectify this error.
