Quick Summary
If you're facing issues with the GST portal's Invoice Management System (IMS) due to a high volume of purchase invoices, the portal suggests downloading the details. You can then review these invoices offline, track your acceptance or rejection, and potentially use a bulk upload feature if available. If problems persist, contacting the portal's support team is recommended, and for regular high volumes, exploring API integration or third-party tools could streamline the process.

Yes sir same problem
I was filling gstr -3B , I am not claim ITC as well as IMS facility Accepting. now can I claim ITC through IMS on GST portal ? ( after filling GSTR 3B)

Yes, you can claim ITC (Input Tax Credit) through IMS (Invoice Management System) on the GST portal even after filing GSTR-3B.

⁴However, there are some conditions and restrictions to consider:

1. Time limit: You can claim ITC within the allowed time frame, which is typically before filing the GSTR-3B for the subsequent tax period.

 1. GSTR-3B amendment: If you've already filed GSTR-3B and didn't claim ITC, you may need to amend your return (GSTR-3B) to include the ITC claim.

1. IMS facility: Ensure the IMS facility is available for your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and the tax period for which you're claiming ITC.

2. Invoice details: Verify that the invoices for which you're claiming ITC are uploaded on the IMS portal and properly reconciled.

Remember, ITC claims are subject to GST regulations and audit scrutiny, so ensure accuracy and compliance.
