suppose company had to made interest payament to NEWZEALAND BANK for loan taken by company then company had to deduct tds on such interest or not......interest is on buyer credit availed from such bank....

Any Interest paid to foriegn bank attracts TDS U/S195 as it is payments made to Non residents.
and the loan is received from the foreign bank itself but not from Indian branch of Foreign bank.
