HI ALl,

This is to inform all PE-II students that as per latest notification all PE-II students can now convert to IPCC and appear for Nov'10 exams. Complusory ITT training and Orientation Program neccessary to appear for IPCC exams has been expempted for PE-II students.

All you have to do is submit a conversion form(available @ ICAI branch offices) alongwith a DD of Rs. 1500 (Fee for study Material). And you can appear for Nov'10 exams. Earlier it was compulsory to complete ITT training and Orientation program before appearing for IPCC exams but now that has been exempted for PE-II students.

Subject wise exemption is available to the students those who cleared any of the group

And MOST IMPORTANTLY ..those PE-II students who have cleared any of the group can start their Articleship after submitting ITT completion certificate.

Friends, I have cleared Group 1 in PE2. Now for converting IPCC which unit is applicable for me??

Anyway I should registered for both the groups, for exams also should I pay for both the groups? Please clear me about Unit 4, 6 or 8.

yes you have to pay for both the groups for Exam.

the units which you are not cleared to be appeared for.

Unit 4, 6 or 8..... u can wrte them ... its upto u u want to give 4 or 6 or 8

Dear Friend.
You have cleared Group I in P.E.2 na.
Then Unit 8 will applicapble for you.

The Papers covered in Unit-8 are
Paper 3: Costing and Financial management
Paper 4: Taxation(income tax, VAT & Service Tax)
Paper 6: Information Technology & strategic
Management

Fees Payable: Rs.1000.00

For Exams Unit 8 is applicable for you.
but you have to Register for Both Groups in IPCC Registration.
That is Paper 3 & Paper 4 in GroupI and Paper 6 in Group II.
Passing Requirements:
you have to score 40% in Each Paper
and 50% in sum of 3 papers.
