Hi i am a student in ipcc this year had this question of company law related to companies act 2013 that In case of immaterial quorum will the meeting will still be held ?

NO, PROCEDDINGS OF THE MEETING CANT BE STARTED UNTILL AND UNLESS A VALID QUORUM IS PRESENT.
