nope.... portal read gstn number and set your POS automaticaly you cant edit this

Yes in gstr1 by default it takes pos based on gstin number but pos is editable . please check
we have billed to haryana address & shown the consignee the customer with mumbai air port address

So you applicable igst
manas ji you have to check again ... POS not editable after reading gstn By Portal...
