IGST credit can be utilised or not.

Dear Sir's

please help me in. I am very much confused in this conditon.

I am a registered Firm in Haryana want to buy a Machine ( i.e. JCB) from a dealer in faridabad. Dealer is ready to give me the machine but invoice is provided by the plant which is in Kharagpur (W.bengal.).

This machine is need to send in Orrisa for earth work.

now please suggest

1. can we directly sent this machine to Orrisa or not. Should we firstly bring here in haryana then transfered to Orrisa ?

2. IGST can be utilised or not in process because its interstate sale and at Orrisa we have to charge IGST in our bill.
