Bcoz,
If entered credit note then the said value automatically less and balance will be showing in GSTR 3B.
But, In GSTR 1 return it's separately showing...
So, Ask Your query with details...

You mean your filling gstr 3b directly through tally?
mannually you can edit 3b after you upload X M L from tallt
