If any service we have taken in june 2017 and its bill comes in july 2017 after gst appointed date . then the gst will be levied or the service tax?

Date of bill cannot be after appointed date. GST act implemented, means old acts uncon-stitutional.
If dated in existing tax regime, should be treated as that.
