As regrads indirect Tax which Finnace Act i.e 2010 or 2011 is applicable for ca final Nov 2011 exams.
Finance Act 2010 Shall Applied for nov 2011 Exam With Some Amendments.
FINANCE ACT 2010 with the Amendment of Notification/circuler upto APRIL 2011.
Finance Act 2010 applicable. And the amendments made through notification & circular upto 30-4-2011 is applicable.
But amendment made on point of taxation and consequential amendment in service tax and CCR is
not applicable even though amendment made upto 30-4-2011 as per ICAI clarification.
