FINANCE ACT 2010 with amendments through circulars/notifications upto 30th april 2011
finance act 2010 is applicable.
Finance Act 2010 Shall Applied for nov 2011 Exam With Some Amendments.
FINANCE ACT 2010 with the Amendment of Notification/circuler upto APRIL 2011.
Finance Act 2010 applicable. And the amendments made through notification & circular upto 30-4-2011 is applicable.
But amendment made on point of taxation and consequential amendment in service tax and CCR is
not applicable even though amendment made upto 30-4-2011 as per ICAI clarification.
