Identity card

i had submitted professional enrollment apllication accompanied by identity card on the guidelines of the clerk of the institute's chapter . consequently i have recieved the books, registration letter . however receipt of identity card is still due i have mailed this matter to the directorate of institute's student services who replied saying the letter and identity card has been posted to me. pls guide me on receiving the identity card
