You can do after Final exams, you will get Final marks sheet too..

For more details check in with this link..

ARTICLES DETAILS OF CS AND CWA...

"have no intention to spend 3 years in articleship for icwa"

Why waste time doing ICWA then in the first place? :)

what i meant was that the institute is providing exemption from training to the candidates who have adequate work experience as recognised by it which includes legal matters also.....so when i will start working as a CS professional and gain atleast 3 yrs experience and if by gods grace i pass my cwa finals also then the training criteria would be fulfilled, isnt so?so why should i slog with a practicing CWA who will pay me a pittance

as far as wasting time is concerned i dont think so it would be a waste of time.....there should not be any limit to the amount of knowledge one can gather, irrespective of whether that would help an individual in his professional career.

A professional course comes in a package. When the course wants you to have the backing of an experience it is not without a reason.

You need to satisfy the criteria that is listed as recognized experience. No one has asked you to slog with a PCMA for a pittance.

Those having work experience (in the specified areas of work) in an industry of a specified size is recognized as an experience.

No other qualification offers you the kind of flexibility that is offered in ICWAI. So for a student there is actually no reason to complain.

One should also appreciate, if it is only knowledge you are seeking please read the books. Why get a qualification. There are certain expectations from a qulificaton and just roting and vomiting in an exam is not enough.

There is a difference between a professional course and a college examination.

who is complaining??

all i said was that i can claim exemption if i have relevant work experience

infact i am happy that the institute is flexible in its approach and allowed experience of company law also as one of the criteria for exemption....which i have full right to claim

Fantastic then. Details i believe are listed in the training scheme.

all the best.

@ Chintan..dear if u r having working experience in company law it is ok....You can sit in the exam subject to fulfill institute minor obligations i.e, Modular training and computer training. Furthet u can check to institute for any further clarification.
