Icwa Final Stage 4

Hi 

I completed final stage 3 under 2002 syllabus in 2006 and have only stage 4 to be completed which is pending for a long time cause of some personal happenings. Now am planning to write the same in Dec 2010.

Can anyone pls tell me under which syllabus i will have to write my exams and how to get my cc revalidated and when is the last date for submission of exam application form?
