Icai student death any compensation or help from institute

There is no such policy or rule of ICAI and why should icai pay such amount as the person died is neither in employment of the institute which died during the course of his duties and as per my knowledge there is no such professional body in India who pays such type of compensation to the student's family in such case and nor there is any law which can compel them to pay compensation in such cases. Ofcourse no can stop a person from applying to the ICAI but i think it is of no use.

Yes Harshal is right..you will not get any support from ICAI....
