Icai dt/idt select cases
can any one clarify that whether in ca final dt and idt, case study based questions only asked from select case book published by icai or may from any other case study not covered in icai select case study book.

Its Mostly From ICAi , Selected Case studies only
There are many new case laws added in the ICAI case study booklet as compare to last book on the Case Study of the Institute, but most of them neither included in the V.G Sir modules nor in the amendment book, so we should do all the case laws?
If VG sir tel something about the Recent Case Laws in the amendment class then please share with us.
The case laws usually appear from the Institute's “Select Cases in Direct and Indirect Tax Laws” book and other significant and landmark judgments picked up from the Institute’s Study material too.
