The post is regarding TCS only..! Ultimatix is a field in TCS itself wherein they use a C.A.'s knowledge to interact with the clients ,know their requirements to build softwares. TCS asks you to mention your preference on the day of the written test and shortlists candidates on the basis of your preference, work experience...

There are few companies like Genpact which are playing with the sentiments of the candidates.
They had written in their PPT that the place of posting will be Delhi NCR with No Bond.

But before GD they were asking for who are ready to go Hyderabad.
And after clearing Personal Interview, their HRs were just trying to somehow make a fool of candidates by giving very bizzare options.

They were sometimes sayign that you have to sing a bond of TWO years if u wish to work in Delhi NCR with a Fixed CTC of 5 lacs.
Else go to Hyderabad for 9 months first.
Even the timing of the job was 2PM to 12AM.

It was clearly mentioned in the indicative rules issued by the ICAI for companies participating that you would have to mention the timing of Job i.e US/UK shift or Place of posting or necessity of Bond.

Companies like Genpact which is the India's biggest BPO and awarded as the Best company for six years as the Best company to work at by Business Today is flouting the rules and making a mockery of the newly qualified CAs.

 

HAVE U CLEARED UR CA FINAL IN FIRST ATTEMPT & HOW MUCH AGG....
