         I am working as HR in ibm.How can i produce my rent receipt quarterly.My company rent receipt format .A sum of rs -------------    by cash/cheque dated ---------- towards rent for the period from ----------- to __________.

Please tell me here  can i fill  amount ------. monthly or quarterly .please tell me how to fill sum of  money rs------
