Husband and wife working partner in same firm , it is possible without clubbing provision regarding salary from partnership firm .According to income tax act it is not salary income , but treated as business income . Please advise me .

clubbing provisions are not applicable since husband and wife are partners as per p'ship deed. both of them will be paid salary as per provisions contained in the deed and salary recd will be considered as business income.
