I am c.a final student....first of all WHY DONT WE REFER INSTITUTE BOOK FOR SELF STUDY MADE BY ICAI?

secondly,everything can be done through self study any by clarifying doubts through friends and internet...even good refrence books are available for accounts,cost,dt and idt why dont we refer them and clarify our doubts through students...

what is in the coaching that everyone is going to coaching?do i have to ask dictionary meaning from teacher too so that he can tell the meaning better?

I studied various post by ankur sir and others too self study v/s coaching but all r not helpful fr me,sorry...

please what is in the coaching why we refer them and what to do self study and what not to ask from teacher after coaching?

plz help me

dont be so confused.. Good books plus self study can help u understand concepts.. If u can manage to study urslf den go for self study.. I hav also given ca final exam without any coachin and cleared in 1st attempt

HI Ekta,

Your feelings and opinion is really on the right path. Actually institute material and self study is sufficient for average studen to crack CA. I normally do not encourage coaching and all. But the recent trend is contrary.

nothing they tell more than our icai books.but some coaching institutes given simple understanding material than our ICAI material.and also they tell how to present answer in the examination.they conduct some week end exams thats for our writing skills
