My father's HUF (having 3 sons as members) not dissolved till now. Its bank A/C is freezed after my elder brother's death, after which I am karta, being next son, having no interaction with disputing younger brother. My portion in my father's HUF, is deposited in my HUF as loan. Can I dissolve it by drawing 2 equal cheques fr. my HUF A/C in the name of my 2 sons HUFs? Or any other way out. Problems are -- Firstly to dissolve my fater's HUF & secondly to create fund into my two sons HUFs.
Any complication ?
