Is HUF can me created after marriage?
after creation of HUF the HUF will only be considered separate Entity if the couple has a child ?

Karta have fully liable for all thing
After marriage true but only after a male kid's birth.
After marriage, HUF could be formed by two members, at least one among whom should be a male member of the family
But will it be considered as SEPERATE ENTITY??
HUF will be separately assessed.
There is no difference between male and female now..... some members are giving replies as per earlier laws....
