How yo prepare for isca ??

Friends my CA Final Attempt is in May 14. I want to Know How should I Plan for ISCA ? How to Study this Subject & score marks ? I am planning it to do from Study Material & PM ? Should I prepare all the Chapters or else I can Concentrate  more on some chapters. Also, the change in Syllabus applicable for May 14 Attempt ?
