How was today's CA FINAL Audit paper??

It was a good one, especially after disasters like Accounts and MAFA..!!

True.. Since the paper was very general, the checking may be strict..

sox audit kaha gum ho gaya pata he nahi chala....

jo bhi aaya.....par points nahi aa rahe the mind mein....

haan jaise bhi tha par lengthy toh koi nahi laga.....

Sox audit lost its way and bumped into old syllabus paper... And i guess its not applicable for old syllabus guys...

New paper was extremely general... Expected us to write huge stories... And many of them at that...

And there was an overdose of standards... May be more from company audit could ve been asked...

Easy to pass... Very very tough to say how much u get on this paper...

Mr. Narayanan....Im sorry but I cudnt locate, rather recognise SOX audit ques in the Old course paper....can u please tell me the question number??

I thought question no. 6 (c) was from sox... or am i mistaken

I think u must be talking about the CFO/CEO thing....and specially "the BOARD" ....

Rest of the question was quite general ..... 

did we have to be specific about the SOX Act while answering the rest of the parts also?

Looks like its intended to be from Sox... so if an answer is expected of it then sox is to be referred to... Else the story is as in accounts... pray god that u shud be given  4 marks free
