for transfering goods from one branch to another branch .form F is used . it is form in which declaration is made of stock transfering not of sale.IF not furnished form F it will result a sale and VAt to be paid.
Various states have different permits for allowing entry of goods in the state
Form F as rightly pointed out by Ashish will follow later on.
If goods are exciseable then excise invoice ( stock transfer ) else normal commercial invoices, stating on top as stock transfer note

Whether form F will be used for tarnsfer of Machinery to other branch, i.e. it will be used other than finished goods also?
