Hi,

          How to transfer goods from our one branch to another branch which is situated in another state? What kind of form has to be used for this transfer?

dear srinivasan, for transfering goods from one branch to another branch .form F is used . it is form in which declaration is made of stock transfering not of sale.IF not furnished form F it will result a sale and VAt to be paid.

Various states have different permits for allowing entry of goods in the state

Form F as rightly pointed out by Ashish will follow later on.

If goods are exciseable then excise invoice ( stock transfer ) else normal commercial invoices, stating on top as stock transfer note

Whether form F will be used for tarnsfer of Machinery to other branch, i.e. it will be used other than finished goods also?
