Its an awesome book.

The sequencing is brilliant, provisions, case laws, practical problmes, list of case laws, list of important section numbers......

I've purchased Amit Karia's IPCC law book, and it is indeed very nice.  The best part is that the presentation is very eye-pleasing and it is a very comprehensive book. Some concepts like book - building are shown with the help of figures and facts, which is not there in other books in the market. The details as to how book building is actually carried out is given. It is not there even in the Module. All the last five question papers are solved, which is also rare.  The pattern of attempting the practical problems is given in detail. Various tips for proper presentation are also given. Marking scheme is also highlighted. Tabular presentations, charts are also included to make it very simple and easy to grasp.

My suggestion would be to refer only this book. You can easily score 60 plus using this book.
