Hi,
I had some equity shares in physical form earlier which I didn't mentioned in Balance sheet of my ITR..
Now they have been dematerialized... How can I show them in Balance sheet now without increasing income ?

are you businessman/self employed or salaried employee ? If you file ITR 3 and prepare balance sheet then you may present it in balance sheet. If you are small tax payer no need to show. just show it under income from other sources.
