i want to know in real estate sector, how to keep check on inventory
actually in an interview they ask my ,
i answered them that store keeper keep proper record of all inventory, every challan , bill should be stamped or by surprised visit
but they are not satisfied with that they said on project site, dummy bill can be made,

Now-a-days tax invoice with E-way bill are mandatory.

Nothing happens without consent of management. As such stock register with counter signing of inventory vouchers with site engineer alongwith CC TV camara, interconnected CPU with office and site/s are all good precautionary measures.
