You have to download it from your TAN Account.
can u provide the site?? nd d steps??

First of all you must have a user TAN based user account.Pls Refer Attached e-tutorial ppt file.
Plz tell me whether Form 16 downloaded from TIN is sufficient or mannua details is required to be attatched with it as it does not contain salary information
