I have applied for PAN card with Gazetted officer certifcate for name expansion and address and also enclosed address proof bank pass book. NSDL rejected application on the ground name do not tally in my application and proof ( pass book).
In pass book only name + intial given hence I submitted certicate of Gaztted offcier still they reject my correspondence waste with them
how to overcome this problem?
any guidance?
c'mon yaar..when you have attached a gazetted certificate than you should not have sent any other proof which contradict with that certificate
now apply freshly with only gazetted certificate which certify
name
fathers name
address
DOB
with form no. 49a

only gazated certificate is enough
both for identity and address.
the info. in two proofs was not maching thats why your application is rejected....
i am attachin a speciman of gazzted certificate which i use and it is successfull all the time for me .
replace my name with the applicate name and write date of birth and address with pasting your recent pic...belive me it will do.
