Its now the time the to answer and score an easy paper in Group - I of CA Final. Its Corporate and Allied Laws.
Just go with the strategy to score good marks. Many of the students did this. The priority would be like this:
(1) Directors - Average of 30 marks in each paper
(2) Inter Corporate Loans and Advances
(3) Audit of accounts, Board Meetings.
(4) Remaining Corporate Law part
From the above go for (1) and (2) with a well reputed publication and compilation is sufficient for remaining parts, as many of the questions are quite repeated.
For Allied Laws there is a heavy portion for just 30 Marks. Just go with the following priority for getting good marks:
(1) FEMA, 1999
(2) SCRA, 1956
(3) SEBI Act including guidelines.
