how to get credit adjust against service tax paid on input

Please see the defintion of input services. Right from april 2010 you are eligible for the input service credits subject to the restriction contianed in rule 6(3) in the cenvat credit rules.

There is no time limit for availment of credit.

i am working in IT company & one of our employee is working in singapur on our payroll. Can i raise a invoice with service tax to Singapur company???

In this case the manpower being provided outside India the same qualifies as an export of service under the export of services rules provided the amount is recived in CFE.

You need not charge the ST.
