how to enter invoices dated before Reg date

sir a company registered on 5sep but he has done business in July and August , how can he add old invoice, however the liability mentioned when registering is 01 July , the dashboard shows only September , there is no July , August month on dashboard​, kindly advise how and where to enter July and August invoice , thanks in advance
