how to change the address in intermediate registration form when payment was done ?

At the time of registration in ca intermidiate through direct entry rute i am wrongly enter the my correspondence and permanent address of
u.p. but recently i live in delhi ..that's why the institute give me central region of kanpur but i live in delhi what i do and how to change my address ? and how to change the address if payment was done and pdf is generated....
