How to change address in section 8 licence ?

The company needs to file a form INC22 with the MCA. But this is only for incorporation certificate. 

How to change address in section 8 licence ?

For change of address within local metes and bounds of reg office also then INC 22 required with CTC of board resolution ,for shifting outside city then shareholder resolution require ,in case of change of Jurisdictional ROC or State then Petition to be made to RD required
