Dear all,
when i preparing a trade bill I have a small doubt, i..e we received material with excise bill but we sale the materials by VAT bill only,it is correct r not? plz tel me.

How to bill intrading business ?

unless these two conditions are fulfilled you have nothing to do with excise.
1) you are registered dealer under excise
2) your buyer is registered under excise and needs cenvatable invoice,
you have to fix your own price including all for sale purpose and charge VAT/CST on that price. thats all
