How much tds deducted form subscription fee

Dear All,

I am paying for subscripttion fee for five to Metal recycling association of inda of rs. 45800/-

So, please let me know that how much TDS deducted from this amount .

From my experience i see most of the Assessing Officers expect you to deduct TDS as TDS on professional charges on subscripttion fee.

ok then it would be fall under 194J and TDS will deducted 10%
