Nothing Mr Vinod Babu.,

We can think/Consider the way...

- May be dept can trace bank transactions...
- In case cross check ITR...
- Some times scrutiny with other parties...

(Finally the said party have good time then he can escape these related problems. In case bad time then..........................................).

first of all 4 0 Lacs limit depends whether selling is goods or services only for goods limit is increased not for services

also limit increasing is in the hands of states

In my opinion registration and accountability is must..can give relaxation like anualsubmission in a simple format...otherwise tendency for unnacoc*nt business will dominate...and regular dealers will again fooled...
