How do i get refund of exam fee which was paid twice?

Hi

First time I paid CA final exam fee on 14^th Feb., 2012 by using Master Card.

Amount was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful.

Again I paid exam fee on 15^th Feb., 2012 . Transaction was successful and PDF was also generated.

I made a request by e-mail to the ICAI Exams regarding refund of exam fee which was paid on 14^th feb.

I did not get refund of exam fee even after completion of 45 days.

So please suggest me what type of steps to be followed to get refund of exam fee?

Shall I communicate to the Banker also regarding refund of exam fee along with the Institute.
