As you file the return in rajasthan earlier, now if you want to submit the return in delhi then you can do so..........Just one thing you can do that just mention your present address in the current year return & also mention the ward/circle of assessing officer accordingly.

As if you mention your rajasthan address then , income tax depptt. will not accept your return

And fill all the details of return as you done before,..................
