Honorarium taxable or not

In my opinion honorarium is taxable since there is no specific exemption for it u/s 10 so it will be taxable and will be taxable u/h income from other sources , reason being it is being given for some additional achievement and not for the purpose of job which is being assigned , if it is given for job assigned it will get taxable u/h income from salary.
