Home loan with out tds / it returns

Dear all,

My cousin is working in a small software concern for 3 years

he is getting 25k salary (fund transferred to SBI Bank every month but no TDS / tax deducted on it )..

now he looking for Home loan - banks are required FORM 16 / IT returns..

company is not providing form 16.. is there any alternatives or how he can proceed..

(if no he can file IT returns of his Own ?? So atleast in future he can get loans.. ?? )

Yes you can file Income Tax returns on your own.

File it as a NIL return (only if it is NIL) so that atleast a file is opened with IT authorities.

On the basis of that he can claim loans in the future.

Further,at present you can file the return for two year.
