Sir My Brother is lic Agent . or he paying Tds on Commisssion. or he has A Form 16. i want to know how to file tds return or can i get tds refund..or please let me know which document required or what is the procedure to file tds return or refund.
u don not need to file tds return. U need to file income tax return & claim refund from income tax department.
