Sir which value should be taken in assets side of a fixed asset purchase on higher purchase basis,higher purchase price or actual purchase value?

Asset's Cash price ( Atucal price ) should be shown in Balance sheet asset side and credit to Hire Vendor( Sundry Creditors) in Liability side.
