Quick Summary
A user is experiencing a mismatch between their Annual Information Statement (AIS) and broker's Profit & Loss statement regarding a share buyback transaction. The AIS is showing the full buyback amount as both sale and purchase value, leading to a high-value transaction alert, while the broker's P&L doesn't treat it as a sale. The user needs urgent advice on how to respond to the high-value transaction alert, specifically whether to select 'income is not taxable' or 'transfer not in the nature of sale'.

This needs to be seen for proper reply.
