May it be posted thrice but I came across 1st time so i'm posting my answer
I think it is not a single word or thing but a host of things i.e.
Strong will , Attitude , common sense , and coursity and also a happy go lucky attitude.
Always aim high as sky is the limit.
C.A. is as easy profession as you think and as tough as you think,
so , it is upto you ,
As far as how to clear exam you need to be focused .

%s is no mean to judge intelligence of a person...
What we write in the examinations in depend on various things including the environment before and at the time of exams, family cluster, health, what you read just before exams, friends, books, even your pen and copy alloted to you.., so no mean to judge the person by his %s in a pre-graduation exam !!!
Will power, challenge, family backup and financial support too.
